About us
Pleasant living in Utrecht via Forest. As a property manager, Forest manages the rental properties and shops for private investors. The portfolio is largely residential and is located within a radius of 5 km from the city centre. Some of the buildings are also monumental.
Our technical department and network of more than 70 construction professionals ensure the design and implementation of development, renovations and maintenance.
Our rental department and back office handle repair requests, process rental flows and rent out homes and commercial properties.
The team has many years of experience in many aspects of real estate and, with short lines of communication, focuses strongly on the tenant.
